Subject: Application Regarding Issues Faced by Drivers Ola, Uber and Rapido white
plate vehicle e.g. Rapido bike taxi and car and auto same rete and in the night car cab given low price
against Autos and for 10 years don't increase auto fare amount due to Economic Constraints, Health
Concerns, and Regulatory Challenges
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Syed Nabi S/o late Syed Ali Age 30, student a resident of Ho no 19-3294/264/R,Roshan colony
Vattapally, Hyderabad]. T S 500053
would like to bring to your attention certain issues faced by drivers within our city that impact our
economic stability, health, and overall operational safety. The following concerns need urgent
attention:
Economic Hardships: Many drivers are experiencing severe financial difficulties, especially those
who depend on auto rickshaw vehicles for their livelihood. Due to rising fuel prices and limited
economic support, it has become increasingly challenging for these drivers to sustain their
operations.
Health Issues: depression,stress long hours on the road without proper rest or access to adequate
health care resources have led to health issues among drivers.
Out-of-District: Registration No:TS29, TS28, TS15, TS30, TS21, TS34 TG 04, TG05 and TS06 etc with
attached Ola,uber,Rapido and other aaps vehicles from other districts operate within our city limits
without adhering to local RTO regulations. This has led to increased competition and operational
complications, impacting the local drivers who abide by city-specific policies.
In the night: After 11 o clock at night there is no auto business because cars have become cheaper
apposite of autos in this way these companies are exploiting the people
Cancellation problem: cancellation problem the way we went two kilometres three kilometres
after auto booking It is the choice of the customer whether he accepts the booking or cancels it. The
customer books two or three aaps apps, which are cheaper and come early. Those who arrive early
go in and cancel those who arrive late he is coming 2 to 3 kilometres them lost an auto driver time
and petrol as doing many times in day
Consumer Support: There has been a lack of support from consumer protection and assistance
services, especially for those utilizing vehicles in city-based business operations. Drivers and vehicle
operators are struggling with minimal consumer support, leaving them without proper recourse in
disputes or conflicts.
White plate bike and car: Division of Private and Commercial Use Vehicles: There is an ongoing
concern with distinguishing between business and personal vehicle use. Many white-plate bikes are
being used for commercial purposes, creating regulatory ambiguities. Clear guidelines and policies
for the classification and usage of such vehicles are needed to avoid penalization of genuine

Silence on RTO Department 'and police department also: We seek immediate intervention and
clarity from the RTO on these issues. Clear communication and regulatory updates are essential for
the drivers to operate without the fear of sudden fines or restrictions.
We are forced: Now we are forced to drive with, if I drive auto or car to, we forced for attached our
vehicle It is forced because all businesses are by these companies trapped and now it's company
giving minimum amount fare under these attachments
Our city our passenger our auto our fuel our maintenance we are paying traffic challan, and we are
hard work, then now deciding how much taking fare amount we, while it is government’
responsibility to determine how much fare decide. But this companies are exploiting of auto drivers
They companies giving minimum business 800,1000,1200, only in this business Our entire expense in
this is rent (350), fuel (300 to 400) and some amount for maintenance of auto after that, if there was
anything left, it is for the house. We are we are income now 200-300 par day it is reason is they
companies.
Fare: It's been 10 years 10 months; Auto rickshaw fares have increased. Dated 17 -02-2014, why do
not been increase auto fare ten years, didn’t inflation increase auto drivers please understand the
condition of auto drivers, and increase the fare as much as possible.
Considering the above, I kindly request that the transport Department ,and I T
department take necessary actions to address these issues. Intervention through economic aid,
health initiatives, and clear regulatory guidelines would greatly support the driver community. I hope
you consider this request with the urgency it deserves.
