HOUSE JOURNAL
A business house publishes a journal to communicate to its staff the company's achievements, priorities and perspectives in both the commercial and social spheres.
The house journal is a personality statement addressed to those without the company (customers and competitors). The personality of the journal is in fact the personality of the company.

Company profile
Corporate profile is an About Us page, which provides the reader information about the company. It introduces the company, its services and products, to prospective clients and to potential employees. Thats precisely why it is important for a company to write a good corporate profile. The corporate profile should contain the history of the company, its founder, and how and when the company was founded. It should reveal the current heads of the company. It should mention the milestones the company has crossed and the significant events in the organization over the course of time. The motto of the company and its logo are a must in any corporate profile. It should mention the focus of the company and its area of expertise so that the scope of the company is clearly known. The USP (unique selling proposition) of the company, which sets it apart from competition, should also be incorporated. The profile should also mention the principles of the company and the company culture. A brief sketch of the key staff members in the organization is also important. In addition to this, the future vision and plans of the company, its sales, shareholder information, its new products, branch locations, certifications and memberships and announcements should also be given prominence in the corporate profile. Also the companys contact numbers, email addresses and the web site should be mentioned.
