Summary

During my summer internship, I undertook a comprehensive training project with Thehraav

NGO, a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health advocacy. The project primarily

focused on content creation and graphic design to promote mental health awareness.

As a Content Creator and Graphics Intern, my responsibilities included crafting informative

content related to health and mental well-being, developing visually appealing graphics, and

creating engaging visuals for social media platforms. One of the notable achievements was

the successful organization of a stress management event within a college setting, addressing

the unique challenges faced by students. This initiative received positive feedback, fostering

open conversations about mental health.

Additionally, I played a key role in orchestrating an awareness event at Sunder Nursery Park

in Delhi, reaching diverse age groups with talks on stress management, overthinking, and

suicide prevention. The event aimed to create a supportive environment and expand

Thehraav's community impact.

My internship also involved collaborating with experienced counselors, ensuring that content

and graphics adhered to professional standards. I actively contributed to team-based projects,

enhancing the organization's online presence through a visual storytelling campaign on social

 Thehraav NGO and Its mission:

Thehraav NGO is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to empowering society

through guidance and counseling services. Founded on the belief that mental health is crucial

for overall well-being, Thehraav strives to spread awareness across various domains,

including schools, offices, and other organizations.

Over the years, Thehraav has organized numerous successful events, with a particular focus

on Mental Health Awareness. Notable initiatives include an online Sports Counseling event

during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, a Suicide Prevention workshop conducted virtually,

and sessions on Stress Management and Maintaining Relationships.

The organization has actively engaged with educational institutions such as Swami

Vivekanand Girls College and Venkateshwar College at Delhi University, conducting

counseling sessions to address the unique needs of students.

Central to Thehraav's impact is a team of experienced and dedicated counselors who are

passionate about guiding and promoting mental health. These professionals bring diverse
