02 Check the earth / filling material used is free from foreign materials.

03 Concrete strength requirement achieve?

06 Check for inserts/sleeves/openings.

07 Check for services crossing.

08 Check for cleanness for the filling area.

09 Check for water proofing completed [ If applicable ]

10 Proper access / entry provided for men & materials.

11 for filled in layers and well compacted.
