REMARKS

1 Is the Method statement approved by the client?

2 CLEANING of work area off loose mortar, concrete debris, etc.

3 Check for ALIGNMENT & LOCATION of concrete block masonry. Is it as


per specified in the Construction drawings?

4 Hacking on RCC and provision for joining with pre laid masonry

5 Check for suitability & safety of SCAFFOLDINGS. Is it acceptable?

6 Check for MOISTURING OF CONCRETE BLOCKS before placing.

7 Check for MORTAR MIX PROPORTION & JOINT THICKNESS.

8 Check for block sizes & wall dimensions (400MM/300MM/200MM/100MM)

9 Fastening with RCC and masonry wall contacts. ( Using M.S angle brackets )

10 Check for DIMENSIONS, PLUMB, LEVELS & RIGHT ANGLES.

11 Check for STAGGERING OF VERTICAL JOINTS.

12 Check for SIZES OF OPENINGS for doors & windows?

13 Check for CLEANING & RAKING of joints.

14 Check for RCC Stiffeners of 75mm thick @5th coarse with 2 nos of 6mm MS bar

For 100mm thick wall.
