BEFORE PLASTERING

1 Check for RACKING OF MASONRY JOINTS and HACKING ON RCC SURFACES.

2 Check for Suitability & Safety of SCAFFOLDING.

3 Check for type of plastering - Internal, External, Rendering, etc.

4 for Chasing/fixing/patching : For electrical & Plumbing ( Proper fixing using clamps etc.)

5 Check for Electrical/plumbing grooves filled with mortar with chicker meth

DURING PLASTERING

1 Check for proper MIXING of Mortar proportions.

2 for thickness and number of coats of plaster, it is specified and implemented? - 15mm

3 Check for true level surface, right angle, plumb, straight edge, sharp corners?

AFTER PLASTERING

1 Check for TRUE LEVEL SURFACE, SMOOTHNESS of PLASTER.

2 Check for STRAIGHTNESS OF EDGES.

3 Check for REMOVAL of Scaffolding and SEALING of Openings.

4 Check for CURING ARRANGEMENTS.

5 Check for SUFFICIENCY OF CURING for SPECIFIED PERIOD.
