I often feel stressed because of too much homework, exams, and high
expectations from my family.
Every day, I have many assignments, and sometimes I don’t have enough time
to complete them. This makes me feel tired and anxious.
Before exams, I feel nervous because I want to get good grades, but I am afraid
of making mistakes.
Social pressure from friends and social media also adds to my stress.
To deal with my stress, I try to manage my time better by making a study plan
and setting small goals. I take short breaks to relax, listen to music, or talk to
my friends. Exercising helps me stay active and reduce stress. I also practice
deep breathing and meditation to calm my mind. Sometimes, I read books or
watch movies to distract myself from stress. Lastly, I make sure to sleep well
and eat healthy food to keep my body and mind strong.

OUR CUSTOMS AND TRADITIONS
Write a paragraph (80-100 words) about traditional festival in our country.
- Traditional festivals in Vietnam play a very important role in attracting
foreign tourists, and one of the traditional festivals in Vietnam is Tet, also
known as Lunar New Year Festival.
- It usually starts at the end of January and ends in early February. Although
the Festival has 3 main days: the first, second, and third days of the lunar
calendar, vietnamese people usually spend a week or more enjoying this
unique occasion.
- Before Tet, they often clean their house and decorate it with a kumquat tree
or a peach blossom. The street is very beautifully decorated with a colorful
red color. Besides, a huge amount of sticky rice and other food ingredients
are also prepared to make banh chung and traditional dishes.
- Especially, on New Year’s Eve, people gather together to watch the
fireworks and welcome the new year.
- During the 3 main days of Tet, people visit their relatives’ houses and give
them wishes. Another traditional custom is giving lucky money.
- After the first 3 days, vietnamese people usually go to pagodas or temples to
pray for health, success. On the whole, in my opinion, Tet is the happiest
festival in the year.

online learning.
Advantages of Online Learning:
1. Convenient – Students can access lessons from anywhere, saving time
and effort.
2. Comfortable – Learning from home provides a relaxed environment.

4. Independent – Encourages self-discipline and responsibility in
learning.
Disadvantages of Online Learning:
1. Difficult to Concentrate – Distractions at home can affect focus and
productivity.
2. No Real Interaction – Lack of face-to-face communication can make
learning less engaging.
3. Harmful to Our Eyes – Prolonged screen time can lead to eye strain and
health issues.

A type of shopping I like is shopping online.
- Advantages :
+ it is easy for user to buy a product. You can visit a seller’s website, select
the product you want to buy, and order it.
+ it’s also convenient because you can buy and purchase at any time, from
anywhere.
+ you can save the trouble of traveling, time, and money. Most of the
products on that are very cheap.
- Disadvantages :
+ the products you receive are sometimes not exactly what you expect.
+ when you aren’t happy with a product, you can return it, but you have to
pay for the shipping.
+ you can easily become a shopaholic if you spend too much time on it.
Sometimes, you may even buy things you don’t really need.

There are some important things to do before, during, and after a flood to

COMMUNICATION IN THE FUTURE

Making a video call is a modern way to communicate. A video call is a
phone call using the Internet. It shows live images of people talking by
using a webcam or a phone camera. Video calls save time because people do
not need to travel but can still see and hear each other. They help family
members and business partners stay in touch no matter how far they are.
However, video calls need a fast Internet connection, so people cannot
always use them. I think in the future, when the Internet is better, video calls
will be even more popular.
