Make sure you asses the entire process


of PMS
It is to be recalled that after the implementation of the Performance
Management program, line managers have a great role in engaging
on PMS from cascading the goal to the individual up to appraisal.
During the life cycle of PMS, the significant and valuable part in
making the expected goal come true is performance data tracking
and, by using the truck data, giving timely feedback is an essential
part of PMS.
According to the principle of feedback, Just-in-time” is a common concept in
the world of feedback. Just-in-time feedback is an approach that gives
employees access to focus on the specific issue rather than overloading
feedback during the end of the quarter. Similarly, just-in-time performance
feedback gives employees the encouragement, critique and guidance they
need, as soon as they need it. This helps to have mutual understanding on
both manager and employee side during the end of performance review
period.
Given the above facts, the new Oracle system includes a session data
truck registration page to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee
performance. Hence, line managers are expected to track employee
performance data by using the following steps in the Oracle system:

Open Employee name that you want to track data. (consider the following
employee as an example)
Click on Three dot
Then find Service request and HR notification.
Click +Add this sign

Select BoA Goal Tracking


Next, fill number labelled 8, 9, 10 and 11 by selecting as per required
Once you select tracking lockup you should click “submit”.
