Dear Cong. Tan,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Apple M. Arconcel, and I am a
student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of La Salette. I am writing to
respectfully request your support for financial assistance to help me settle my outstanding balance at
school, which amounts to ₱13,838.62.

Throughout my time at the university, I have worked diligently to excel in my studies and develop the
skills necessary for a successful career in civil engineering. However, due to various financial challenges, I
have been unable to fully settle my tuition and other fees, resulting in the current outstanding balance.

fully focus on my education.
