In contemporary society, students are exposed to wide array of extracurricular activities in
school, which play a important role in a students development. Extracurricular activities provide
opportunites to students in finding their interests grow essential skills and teamwork. It also
enhance social interaction and plays a contributes to a well-rounded education outside the
classroom, which lead to students increased confidence, knowledge and skills which is vital I'm
personal growth.
Students whom involved in extracurricular activities has been a great concern from some of
the parents around the world, also the students itself. according to the University of California
Institutional Research and Academic planning (2023), participation in extracurricular activities is
positively related to a higher sense of belonging,better academic satisfaction, higher GPA.
However, the study also found out disparities in participation rates, indicating potential barriers

students who frequently organize educational extracurricular activities tend to have higher
