Job Description: Backend Developer (Fresher) – WebMethod Placement Drive

Position: Software Engnieer Intern


Location: Bhilwara

About the Role:


We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled freshers to join our dynamic development
team as Backend Developers. This role involves working with WebMethods
integration technologies, building and maintaining backend systems, and ensuring
smooth application performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent
graduates who are passionate about software development and are eager to grow
their careers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Development and Integration:
o Design, develop, and maintain backend services using WebMethods
tools.
o Work on APIs, microservices, and middleware to support various
application functionalities.
2. Database Management:
o Create and manage database schemas.
o Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
3. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other
team members to ensure seamless integration of services.
4. Testing and Debugging:
o Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
o Debug issues and troubleshoot problems to maintain application
performance.
5. Documentation:
o Document technical workflows, code, and processes.
o Prepare reports on development progress and system performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
 Experience: No prior work experience is required. Internship experience in
backend development is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:


 Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
o Understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
o Basic knowledge of WebMethods or willingness to learn.
o Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
 Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Good communication and teamwork abilities.
o Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
