interaction, making shopping more fun and convincing.

Question 7: How much does app-exclusive content like deals or early access affect your brand loyalty?
Answer: App-exclusive content like deals or early access significantly increases my brand loyalty, as it makes
me feel valued and gives me incentives to keep using the app regularly.

Question 8: What payment methods do you prefer when shopping on mobile apps and why?
Answer: I prefer using mobile banking or digital wallets (like bKash or Nagad) when shopping on mobile
apps because they are quick, secure, and offer cashback or discounts in many cases.

Question 9: How concerned are you about security when making purchases through shopping apps?

meet our needs.

stores will still be relevant for us.
