1. Electrical services
The contractor had powered up the building using temporal panel and cabling. Because
of that plan, the panel delivered the dates of 13.12.2024 and 28.12.2025 (Refer to
Annexure A), but the received date is 05.02.2025. And main cable ordering done by
December, and also some cables are still not delivered to the site (Refer to Annexure
B).
Common area light not fixed and com DB termination not completed due to not
enough workers
2. Water supply services
Lack of workers and material (PPR pipes, fittings and valves, floating sensor, and
union) prevented the water transfer pump from being fixed. The date that was given
to that material site was 11.01.2025. Pump panels have not yet been finished and
fixed. (Submersible pump and transfer panel). Additionally, the booster and transfer
pump panel were not provided with a permanent power source.
3. Drainage services
Due to labor shortages, the first floor drainage risers to the manhole were not finished,
and the manhole cover was delivered to the site in the middle of January. Further, some
manhole covers have still not arrived at the site.
32’s apartments finishing Target -28.02.2025
1. Electrical services
The contractor had partially finished the apartments and power supplied those
apartments; the main cables had been ordered by December, but some still hadn't
arrived at the site (Refer to Annexure B).

The generator power supply does not automatically transfer to the building because
the MSB panel is not fully completed.
2. Water supply services
Water transfer pump fixed but panel not connected to the pump. Pump Panels still fully
not completed and fixed. (Transfer and submersible pump panel). And not given
permanently power supply for the booster and transfer pump panel.
3. Drainage services
Drainage risers not completed 1st floor to manhole due to the labour shortages and
manhole cover delivered at site mid of January. And still some manhole cover not
delivered to the site.
4. Fire Protection and detection services
Fire pump room work and fire riser pipe connection not completed (ground level and
zone control valve). And not given a permanent power supply for the fire pump panel.
All apartments finishing Target -15.03.2025
1. Electrical services
30’s apartment DB termination work not yet completed due to not enough workers.
