VISIT THE POPULAR
RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY
There are many restaurants in our city Bhopal. Some of them are really ravishing and marvelous and I
visited one of them that is THE KRISHNA DHABA that is located at Sehore Road, Bhopal. It has a very
beautiful ambience and the courtyard are also very neat and clean.
The spot was really good for a night with friends. The staff was great. Mr. Rohan
and Raju served us with their whole heart. The food was budget friendly and because of this it is one of
the best places to spend your evening and have a great time. Food here is
awesome! We had Paneer dish and it was good, vibe here is awesome.
A) ASK THE DESIGNATION OF THE PERSON
SERVING YOU.
Mr. Rohan and Raju served us at THE KRISHNA DHABA.
When I asked about their designation, they told us that Mr. Rohan is the
Head Waiter and Raju is the Waiter there. There Supervisor was also very
friendly and the whole staff was friendly and polite.
The Krishna Dhaba located in the heart of the city
Sehore offers a culinary adventure like 5-star hotels and restaurants. The
restaurant’s inviting interior is
tastefully designed to create a warm atmosphere where dinners and meals can be comfortably enjoyed.

B) FIND OUT THE ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE:
The organizational structure of The Krishna Dhaba, Sehore was like
somehow
different from other restaurants and food places. They had a main Restaurant Manager which was
responsible for the does and don’ts in the restaurant. He was responsible for looking out for the quality
and hygiene of the food. After that under him comes the Assistant Restaurant supervisor who looked
duties and schedule of all the staffs and also decides the shift timings for all the staff.
After Assistant Restaurant Supervisor, another man in charge was the Restaurant Super-
Visor who looked after the salaries and payments of the staffs and also looked in hiring new candidates
And trainees for the restaurant.

C) FIND OUT THE TOTAL NO. OF STAFF WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT:
There was a huge number of staff working at the restaurant and all the
Staff member was very responsible and hardworking. I asked Mr. Rohan that what is the total number
Of staff working here? He replied that at The Krishna Dhaba, approximately 30 to 35 members work at
one time.
D) FIND OUT THE DUTY TIMING:
The Krishna Dhaba is a very beautiful and
one of
the best restaurants in the city of lakes. The Krishna Dhaba Opens at
10 A.M. in the morning and then gets closed midnight at 12:00 P.M.
As it is a very good restaurant, it has a crowd of customers the whole
day. Because of this, the staff has to become more punctual and in
discipline for their shifts. The staff working there works on a roster
that is made or set by the Assistant Restaurant Supervisor.
According to this roster, The workers their works in 2
different shifts, i.e. 1st shift begins from morning 7 A.M. to evening 4 P.M. after that the 2nd shift starts i.e.
from 4 P.M. to 1 A.M. in midnight. The shift of a single employee lasts 9 hours a day with 2 breaks 30
minutes each. The shifts are truly rotational and the work is not easy for anyone. The organization works
sincerely and becomes one of the most successful restaurants in Bhopal.
Observe the following
A) THE PERONAL APPERANCE OF THE STAFF MEMBER ( WHO
SERVES YOU AND COMPARE WITH THE OTHER STAFF
MEMBERS WORKING THERE)
The personal appearance of the staff working there was not so good
and
unique. The staff working there were well groomed but yes, the workers or the peons were not well
groomed. The staff didn’t have a uniform, but yes when I asked about this to the Supervisor, he told that
as the restaurant is getting developed, they are introducing things slowly. They will also introduce a
unique uniform for the staff and the Trainees. The Supervisors had a good physical appearance as they
were well groomed, cleanly shaved and were well dressed up. Overall, the appearance of the workers
fair. If I have to rate the appearance of the workers, I would rate it 2.5 stars out of 5.
I was served by Head waiter Mr. Rohan and his waiter Raju. Both of them were dressed well
But not dressed according to the hotel industry. Both of them wore a casual shirts and jeans that is not
So attractive for the guests but yes surely, they will improve this in future.
B) HIS / HER BEHAVIOUR IN THE RESTAURANT
The behavior of the staff working there was very good and
appropriate.
They were very polite and also respectful. They treated us like their own family. They informed us very
well about their items and dishes. They also recommended us what to have in our dinner. Their service
was very fast. Mr. Rohan was also communicating well with us and he also gave us their special desert as
a freebie. They served us well and treated us as very well.
C) ANYTHING NEGETIVE IN HIM OR HER????
As I talk about the staff of The Krishna Dhaba, the restaurant had a very well
mannered and very disciplined staff. All of them working there are very polite and respectful. And yes
as it is a well seen thing in every person that no one is perfect, everyone has a negative point is him/her.
The staff working there only had a one negative point that they did not have a unique uniform or a
suitable uniform. The dresses they wore were not appropriate and they shall improve in this perspective
in future. Otherwise, everything was up to date and very nice.
D) WILL YOU LIKE TO BE SERVED AGAIN BY THE SAME WAITER?
WHY?
Yes, I would like to be served again by the same waiter Because he served me like his family member. He
was very polite and respectful towards me and my friends. He was very quick and intellectual and his
service was very fast. He did not let us down, even once. From his behavior to his attitude, everything
was perfect.
