 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into this March 25, 2025,
by and between:

Dream Day Planner, a company duly organized and existing under the laws
of Manila, Philippines with principal office located at 044 Bonifacio Street,
entertainment city, Manila. hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider,"
AND
Ms. Margarette D. Canlas, of legal age, with residence at Makati city,
hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

WHEREAS, the Service Provider offers planning and management services

for special events, hotel stays, tours, and various leisure activities under the
brand "Dream Day Planner Services"

WHEREAS the Client wishes to avail of the services of the Service Provider
for the purpose of planning, organizing, and executing the events and
activities described in the attached schedule, which will be customized to the
Client's needs;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants,

promises, and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Event Background

Dream Day Planner Services is dedicated to curating personalized and

unforgettable experiences for clients seeking to celebrate milestones, host
events, or enjoy immersive travel experiences in Manila. Whether it's a
relaxing hotel stay, a cultural tour, or a special event, we specialize in
offering tailored solutions that cater to every guest's individual needs and
preferences.

For this upcoming event, Dream Day Planner Services will organize a
memorable experience for guests from April 25–27, 2025, designed to
immerse them in Manila’s rich cultural heritage while providing a luxurious
and relaxing stay at our hotel. This event will be a perfect blend of exciting
tours, fine dining, and leisurely activities, ensuring that every moment is
unforgettable.

Our services are designed to ensure that clients experience the best that
Manila has to offer, from exploring historic landmarks to enjoying luxury
accommodations. We take care of every detail, allowing our clients to focus
on enjoying their day while we handle logistics and coordination.

For every event, tour, or celebration, we offer:

 Customized Itinerary Planning: From breakfast to evening

entertainment, every activity is carefully selected based on the client’s
interests and desires.
 Local Expertise: We provide unique insights into local culture,
cuisine, and historical sites, showcasing the rich heritage of Manila.
 Seamless Coordination: Our team ensures everything runs
smoothly, from transportation to meals, and offers a stress-free
experience for the client.

CONDITIONS FROM SERVICE PROVIDER:

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Fee: If the Client cancels the event, the following fees
apply:
o 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10%
administrative fee.
o 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund.
o Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
  Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing to
Dream Day Planner Services. Any changes or cancellations made
less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Payment Terms

 Deposit: A deposit of [XX%] is required to confirm the booking.

 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [bank transfer,
credit card, check, etc.].
 Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid [X days]
before the event. Late payments will incur a [X%] fee.

3. Liability and Insurance

Dream Day Planner Services is not responsible for any accidents,

injuries, or damages that occur during the event. The Client is encouraged
to obtain travel insurance. We are also not liable for the actions of third-
party vendors or service providers.

4. Miscellaneous

In cases of force majeure, Dream Day Planner Services is not liable for
event disruptions. Any changes to this agreement must be in writing and
signed by both parties. This agreement is governed and the parties agree
to keep information confidential.
