WELCOME (At the start of each session)
President: Delegates please all rise. On behalf of the Instituto García de Cisneros and the
language coordination, we welcome you to the session of the Security Council committee of
the Model United Nations Instituto García de Cisneros. Delegates, you may be seated. I will
now introduce the members of the Chair. To my left stands Mr./Mrs. Moderator,
