Proposal for Fun – Fiesta

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
Below are the details regarding our fest ‘FUN – FIESTA’ –
1) The event will be held VSIPS campus 15th FEBRUARY 2025.
2) The timing will for the event is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (10:00 hrs –
14:00 hrs sharp).

What we will do at the event?

1) We will be having a booked stall during the event in which we will be


organizing activities like games or selling snacks for the visitors and:
2) During all these phases we will give pam and visiting cards to everyone
who will be visiting at our stall for the fun activity.
3) We will be having a big crowd of 2100+ students of BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA
and our respected 100+ teaching staff.
4) We will also place banners at front of our stall for better advertisement.
5) Only one person is allowed to visit from the outlet whom are advertising.
6) The minimum cost of all these is 15000/- only.
