part-1 1972
5) All line wires shall be mild steel confirmed to
BS. 4102 1971

6) Galvernized after manufacture shall be


confimed to BS 729 1971

7) Spacing of intermediate posts shall not be


exceed 3.00 m and straining posts shall be
positioned at all changes in directions and every
66.00 m on straight runs

Supply, fabricate and install chain link fence, 3.5


mm diameter 50 x 50 mm sized approved
quality mesh with comprising with 60 x 60 x 6
mm sized angle intermediate posts, 60 x 60 x 8
mm sized angle corner posts and strainning
posts, 400 x 400 x 760 mm overall size mass
concrete post bases, 200 x 300 mm deep mass
concrete skirting, 4mm diameter top,
intermediate, bottom line wires, including fixing
chain link mesh to line wires with 1.6 mm
diameter tying wires and all necessary
ancillaries as per Specifications and Drawings
