STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I am very delighted to provide this letter of intent as a component of my application for a

Study Permit. I am Bibek Rai born on 08th March 2002 AD and having the passport number
12444595. I am a responsible son of Mr. Dev Raj Rai and Mrs. Rupa Rai residing in Rupakot
Majhuwagadhi Municipality 10, Patheka, Khotang, Nepal. I want to pursue a BBA
(Bachelor of Business Administration) at the Aura international college of management.

In terms of my academic background, I have completed my Secondary Education

Examination (SEE, Grade X) from Diktel English Secondary Boarding School, Khotang, Nepal
with GPA 3.9 in the year 2020.. Then, I completed my high school (Grade XI & XII) in
management stream from Reliance college, Kathmandu, Nepal with GPA of 3.65 and GPA of
3.38 in the year 2021 and 2022 respectively. In order to pursue studies in France, i took a
language proficiency test of IELTS scoring an overall band score of 6 (Listening-6 Reading-
6, Writing-6.0, Speaking-6.5.

France is a more globalised, perceptive, and advanced country. Furthermore, France

educational institutions offer courses that are very flexible and have an international
perspective. Additionally, this nation is regarded by international students from all over the
world as one of the safest and happiest nations in the world. Moreover, some important
similarities exists between France and my own country like a varied environment, a temperate
climate and friendly residents. The reputation of France's educational system for turning out
corporate leaders prepared for the problems of the future attracts me.

Meanwhile, to obtain practical skills, I have worked as an Account Assistant Intern at the
Global Institute of Computer & Language Training pvt. Ltd since 25 June 2023.I have gained
invaluable organisational accounting experience from this work. The primary duties of my job
description include handling communications with client and students via phone, email and in
person, maintaining the accounting records such as data entry, processing the emails, issuing
check and updating ledger’s budget. I also assists in the audits, fact checks and receiving
discrepancies and prepare financial reports. This job has helped me gain more insight into
how educational institutions function in addition to honing my accounting skills as well as
various skills such as communicating to other, gaining confidence, decision making etc, which
has heightened my interest about business management even more.
I could have completed my degree in Nepal, but my parents and I have always placed a high
value on education. My first option was Aura International College of Management since I've
always desired to achieve greatness and reach new heights. I believe this college will be the
one to truly assist me in achieving professional success since it can give me access to
information and abilities that I cannot obtain in Nepal. I think that enrolling in Aura
International College of Management for BBA (Bachelor of Business Management) program
will provide me with a worldwide perspective on contemporary business issues that are
"played out" on the local, regional, and international stages. By focusing on a specific
specialisation, students can acquire a significant body of knowledge, a useful understanding
of tools and procedures, and in-demand practical skills that will enable them to contribute
successfully within an organizational setting.

I will get knowledge on how to evaluate competitiveness and organisational performance

broadly and comprehend how globalisation has affected associated inputs, processes, and
outputs because having a business degree will enable me to recognise and evaluate the
connections between financial markets, financial institutions, governmental regulations, and
corporate operations. According to reports, Business studies is a highly sought-after course at
universities. It makes sense, considering the wide range of exciting and rewarding
professional options accessible to recent graduates. The course is not just about the
numbers; it’s a ticket to a dynamic symphony where financial acumen meets hands-on
experience... Graduates in business studies have historically had good job rates, especially
for those with my degree of creativity and willingness to try out unique business ideas. More
than anything, I'm excited to acquire abilities that will help me handle difficulties on a regular
basis at work and that I can apply to both my personal and professional lives. In addition, I am
drawn to your course's placement component because it will give me the chance to gain
experience that will be valuable in the graduate job market.

My primary motivation for returning after my program is the attachment and respect I have for
my family. They have always inspired me and motivated me to achieve my dreams. They
have always been with me through thick and thin and given me love and affection. As the son
of the family I feel obligated to them and I believe I should provide them with everything they
needed alongside an infinite amount of love and service. Alongside my family, there is also
my dream of improving the accounting practices in my own country. I also have a duty
towards my nation being a Nepali citizen. I am proud of my identity, my parents who taught
me to value family above everything else, and my beautiful homeland which needs skilled
citizens like me. Since Nepal is currently expanding, all enterprises, whether public and
private, are seeing rapid growth. I hope to contribute to the diversification of Nepal’s economy
and the creation of new job opportunities by using my skills and experience. Due to
responsibility towards my family and my beautiful country, I can assure you that I have no
intention to stay in France longer than required.

To sum up, I honestly think that the only purpose of studying abroad should be to gain
experience, information, and skills. I have no intention to stay in France after completing my
study. I understand and respect the law of the Frenceh government and pledge to comply with
it for the total duration of my stay in France. I am applying to study for an undergraduate in
Bachelor of Business Administration after meeting all the requirements outlined in this SOP. I
remained positive and hopeful that respected visa officer will make the right decision after
professionally and carefully reviewing my entire profile and permit me to play a part in
reaching my goal by allowing me to enroll in my chosen course in France.

Yours Sincerely,
Bibek Rai
