Start a specification book to include

All specifications as listed in the attached Specifications/Finishes (See attached):


Note do not use the exact specifications but find your own equivalents.

Use one of the sample spec books below as a template.


Note:

1. Do not include prices in the spec book


2. Add the spec code to the appropriate items on your drawings

These include but are not limited to;

Furniture pieces
Doors (see the Trustile website)
Light fixtures (Light, switches, and outlets)
All bathroom items
Finishes - wall, floor, and ceiling, Bathroom tiles
Plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, and faucets)
Grab bars & Roll holder
etc
