Based on the innovative product you have selected for your week 6 group
presentation you are required to
1. Make Full Life Cycle Use Case for your product. You may use the Hint
questions to draft your Full Life Cycle Use Case
(Based on Week 5 Lecture)
A. Pre-acquisition use case, (find out what will attract / appeal
your end user persona)
1. How end users will determine they have a need and/or
opportunity to do something different.
2. How will they find out about your product?
3. How will they analyse /compare your product?
[Link] will they acquire your product?
B. Use case
[Link] will they install your product?
6. How will they use your product?
7. How will determine the value gained for your product?
C. Post-acquisition use case
8. How will they pay for your product?
9. How will they receive support for your product?
10. How will they buy more products and/or spread awareness
about your product?

2. Make an End User Profile (EUP) for your product.
1. Name of End-User
2. End Use demography (Gender and Age)
3. Personal and professional information
4. Socio-Economic information (Hobbies, habits, likings, Economic
background)
5. Goal
6. Pain Points
