Scene 1: Juan and Juana

(Juana just finished her jogging routines, she was very thirsty and she was looking for a food truck and
suddenly he bumped into Juan )

Juan: "Hi, I'm Juan. Are you okay?"

Juana: "Yes, thank you. I'm Juana."

Juan: "Nice to meet you, Juana. I haven't seen you around here before."

Juana: "I just moved here with my family."

Juan: " Do you want to grab some drinks"

Juana:"Yeah Sure"

(They go to the nearest Coffee Shop)

Juan:"Is there anything you want to eat and drink?"

Juana:"I just wanted a Caramel Macchiato drink and a Chick Fillet sandwich with large fries"

Cashier: "Good Morning Ma'am and Sir what is your order?"

Juan:"One large cup of Strawberry White Coffee Frappe for me and for this beautiful lady is a Caramel
Macchiato drink and a Chick- Fillet sandwich with large fries"

Cashier: "is that all?"

Juan:"Yes, Thank you!"

Cashier: " We'll serve you at 10 mins."

After 15 the order is still not yet done

(Juan go to the cashier and ask for the order)

Juan:" Hello good morning, I just need to follow up our orders"

Cashier: (Check the receipt) Sorry Sir it is not yet done 5 mins more "

Juan"ok thank you"

Waiter One: (Serving the Food in correctly) here's your order 1 Spaghetti, 1 Spanish Latter and 1 rice
with chicken fillet.
Juan: Excuses me , our order is wrong

Waiter: I'm sorry Can i check the receipt

Juan: Here

Waiter: I'm so sorry can you please wait for another 15 min?

Juan: ANOTHER 15 MINUTES?! WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 20 MINS FOR OUR FOOD

waiter: im so sorry sir

Juan: Can I talk to your manager?

Manager: Hello Good afternoon sor what is happening here?

Juan: Our order is wrong and we've been waiting for almost half an hour. What kind of service is that? is
that the proper way of service here at your coffee shop? I want a refund!.

(Aftere the incident they walk away)

(Enter of the Lady)

Lady: Are you tired waiting for your food?

Let's go to the nearest (Product name)

We serve a lot of food and beverage for you in just 5mins ! YES IN JUST 5 MINUTES

GO GO GO! GRAB GRAB GRAB!
