EXIT INTERVIEW POLICIES
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this Exit Interview is to make sure that every employee is
aware of their rights and benefits and that documentation is gathered and kept
regarding their employment.
POLICY: Ephlux's policy is to make sure that every employee who is having their
employment terminated, whether freely or involuntarily, has an exit interview.
Maheen Fatima will be in charge of conducting the exit interview.
The following are the goals of the exit interview:
● To ascertain and, if relevant, talk about the employee's reason for quitting.
● To maintain good will and teamwork among present and future employees
● Review administrative details with the employee, such as benefit plans, and
address any misunderstandings the employee may have had about his or her
position or with his or her management.
● Discuss administrative details such as benefit continuation rights and
conversion privileges, final settlement, re-employment policy, and
employment compensation with the employee.
● To coordinate the return of company property to the operations team.
PROCEDURE: As soon as an employee announces his or her intention to resign, the
team lead will ask HR to schedule an interview if the resignation is approved by the
management. The senior management and the team leads are advised to guide
Maheen regarding the situation and ensure transparency in all matters related to
the relevant employee.
The HR is responsible to meet all of the objectives outlined in the exit interview
policy throughout the duration of the interview. The resigned employee must fill out
the following exit interview form as completely as possible. Any information
obtained during the exit interview may be disclosed to and/or discussed with the
team lead and CEO as needed to investigate any allegations made or emerging
problems.
Exit Interview Form: Resigned employees are required to complete this form on
their last week of employment at Ephlux.
