The task:
Our Founder was entrusted with the responsibility
to manage the entire mobile portfolio for ShopClues.
What we did:
He released atleast 3 versions of the Android app in
4 months and introduced the Windows app. We executed
remarketing, push notifications, coupons, order history,
and much more in those 3 months.
The outcome:
We were able to fix some of the most pressing
challenges for an e-commerce startup that was
poised to become a unicorn in the next few months.

The Task
Our founder was asked to redesign the ThirstKart beverage
delivery app and propose functionalities for what would be
India’s first beverage delivery app.
What we did
We suggested several changes in the existing UI/UX
and proposed a calendar functionality for recurring
orders.
The outcome
The app launched with a bang and got several
celebrities in Mumbai in Bandra and Khar areas to
subscribe to the app. It also achieved more than 500
orders per day.

The Task
To create the website and app for an ed-tech platform
dedicated for tier 2-5 cities and towns of India.
What we did
As the cofounder of Dailylearn, our founder
designed and developed the Dailylearn app and
website which saw over 1,00,000 subscriptions and
over 5000 paid users in 1 year.
The outcome
The startup was a promising venture that reached
out to thousands of students in tier 2-5 cities and
towns of India and partnered with the likes of Super
30 in Bihar.

Revenue Modes
There are two modes of revenue generation:
a. WORKING PER HOUR ON ASSIGNMENTS
In this mode, we charge a flat fee of 50 USD per hour amounting to a maximum earning potential of
8000 USD per month. This payment plan is valid only when we work on-demand on ad-hoc tasks
rather than work on a full project. This is typically suited for fractional CPO or CPTO requirements.
b. WORKING ON PROJECTS
In this mode, we charge a flat fee depending upon the resources we utilize and the number of hours
of work we produce. At best, we can give concessions to those who utilize our full-stack product
services, from market research, ideation, Agile coordination, development to go-to-market strategies.
