1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
▪ Provides general knowledge of the international financial environment
and focuses on various financial management aspects of a multinational
corporation (MNC).
▪ Provides in-depth knowledge of the financial transfer mechanism of
MNCs in terms of exchange rates.
▪ Introduces the challenges that MNC financial managers face.
▪ Introduces the specificity of the financial transfer mechanism of MNCs.

▪ Provides theoretical foundations and some practical situations illustrating
the financial management of multinational companies.
▪ Provides modern tools and techniques for financial management and
planning of multinational financial strategies.
▪ Applies to solve practical situations.
▪ Applies problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills,
combined with financial decision-making tools, to solve practical
situations.

5) Understanding the rules of entry, withdrawal, and building of consumer market and
production market networks of MNCs from the exchange rate perspective.

guidance related to lessons, and discuss situations.
