Job Description (Project in Wire rod mill & Rebar mill)
Coordinate with consultant, regarding civil and equipment drawing.
Cross checking of mechanical drawing with respect to foundation.
Work Schedule and deadline planning with contractors.
Checking of foundation bolt before foundation casting and make the protocol with duly
signed by civil and mechanical site incharge.
Before erection of equipment make a SOP of sequence of erection of particular equipment.
Act as a technical leader to solve all the problems and guide the technical staff in case of any emergency
situation.
Monitoring activity at sites and review the project schedule, ensuring the cost is within budget.
Responsible for regular monitoring employee for training and development program to ensure developed
of skill.

communication between various agencies.

The capacity of the mill is 200000 TPA. It can roll wire rod from 5.5mm to 12mm. It has 1 no. of
3hi roughing mill stand, 14 nos. of 2hi continuous mill stand & 8 nos. of Block mill stands.
Job Description (Project & Mechanical Maintenance Wire rod mill)
Maintenance of the equipment i.e. Gearboxes, Spindle Carrier, Carden Shaft, all Conveyors.
Maintenance of critical equipment like Block lubrication systems, Hydraulic systems, Compressor
& Pneumatics systems and Utility systems.
