29’x 50’ – G+1 this rate will be valid for this project as per our discussion with
you According to your requirement attached layout plan if any changes in
planning, then rate may be differed.
Quotation
1. A double story building will be constructed as per client & specification as
specified below.
2. There will be construction of Ground floor, First Floor & Tower.
3. The rates of construction agreed is Rs. 1850/- per [Link]. as per specification
mentioned
4. Detailed of construction
I. App. Construction slab area of Ground floor + Balcony = 1540 sq. ft
II. App. Construction slab area of First floor + Balcony = 1540 sq. ft
III. App. Construction slab area of Tower Slab = 250 [Link]
@ Rs. 1850/- Total slab area = 3330 [Link]
Total cost of bungalow according to below mentioned specification

5. Detailed of Plot
I. App. Plot size (29’ X 50’) = 1453 sq. ft
II. App. Rate of plot = 7000 sq. ft

5. General specification (structure)
I. M 20 grade of concrete for total R.C.C. work
II. Tested steel shall be used (moira or equivalent)
III. Cement shall be used Ultratech/Coromandel king/JK or equivalent.
IV. Indore Local Modular Bricks Approx Coast 8500/- per thousand.
V. Narmada sand shall be used for RCC & Bricks works.
VI. Good quality aggregates (Gitty) 1/2” or 3/4” for RCC work.
VII. Plastering in 1:4 cement mortar.
VIII. Brick work in 1:5 cement mortar
6. General specification for wooden work
I. All doors’ frames will be ply wood of size 4”x2 (1/2) with plaster
reap paneling
II. All doors shall be (30 mm. thick) water proof pine flush door
laminated.
III. Powder coted two core aluminum glazed window with 5mm thick
glass.
IV. All over Toilet & Balcony area door frames will be granite (cost of
granite 100 – 130 Rs. Per square feet extra if required)
7. General specification (Flooring)
I. 2’ x 2’ vitrified (flooring) tile on all floor (tiles Rs 35 – 45 sqft)
II. Glazed tiles in toilet costing up to Rs 35-45 per sqft. Up to 10 ft
height.
III. Granite for kitchen platform cost Rs 100 – 150 per sqft. Approx. &
steel sink 24” x 18” with 2’ glazed tile in front of kitchen platform.
IV. Granite for staircase cost rs.90 – 130 per sqft. As per design
8. General specification (sanitary & plumbing)
I. Astral equivalent CPVC plumbing pipe 1” 0r 2” (good quality)
II. 3”,4”,6” PVC pipe (astral) for drainage or pipe (good quality)
III. Johnson/jaquar/Plumber sanitary were in toilet including wall hung
seat cost Rs 4000 – 6000 each & single lever diverter of plumber or
equivalent.
IV. Medium Jaquar or Plumber or equivalent make CP fitting in toilets wall
mixer beep coke pillar coke.
9. General specification (Electricals)
I. PVC pipe(2mm) concealed electrification shall be used.
II. 4mm, 2.5mm, 1.5mm and 1mm copper wire for internal
electrification shall be used (ISI certified brand)
III. Modular electric switches Western Wega/Anchor (Medium range)
IV. Electrical point/ telephone/ Camera and cable line in GF, FF, tower,
stairs & open area as per requirements.
10. General specification (Fabrication)
I. 12mm to 14mm windows grills at GF and on all upper floors.
II. Front gate (approx. 80-100kg)
III. M.S. railing as per design for elevation etc.
IV. S.S railing for Stairs
11. Height of Ground Floor & First floor is 10’ 6”
12. Elevation as per drawing in Plaster work only.
13. Ground floor water tank having capacity of 5000-6000 liter and
overload water tank of capacity (1000LTR) of RCC as per design will be
constructed.
14. Plinth Hight (1'-6") will be decided by Eng. in charge as required on
site.
15. There is a water proofing treatment brickbat Coba in wash room and
wash area.
16. The construction work is going to be completed within 9-10 months.
17. Other works
✓ Electric connection (temp. and permanent) with external cable
Electric bill and electric connection with panel and its accessories its
labor cont. MPEB deposit etc.
✓ Water connection, drainage connection and arrangement of water at
site. The above work to be done by party on its own cost.
18. Painting
I. Painting outer side one coat white cement or primer shall be used and
two coat exterior paint Nerolac /Berger and Asian.
II. Inner side two coat Birla putti one coat acrylic putti and distemper
(Nerolac / Berger and Asian) shall be used.
NOTE -> In the above specification POP Work and Modular kitchen or any
other work which is not mentioned above is not included

1 50 % Advance Rs. 30,80,250/-
2 25 % RCC Bicks work up to Ground floor Roof Rs. 15,40,125/-
3 20 % RCC Bicks work up to First floor Roof Rs. 12,32,100/-
