2 ASSUMPTIONS

1 The Site is considered as Clear, Flat and Leveled ground. Hence any Grading / Leveling /
2 Soil Bearing Capacity is considered as 20 Ton/m2 at 1.50 m below Natural Ground Level.
3 Ground Water Table has been considered at 5.00 m below Natural Ground Level in all
4 Disposal of Treated Effluent has been considered on Ground Outlet Channel of Chlorine
5 All Civil Works is considered in M30 Grade RCC with Ordinary Portland Cement and corrosion

3 EXCLUSIONS

1 Dismantling of existing Structures if any.


2 Site Development including any cutting, filling, grading etc. at site.
3 All approach Roads / Access to Site.
4 Piling / Anchoring.
