Daily Routine to Fix Rounded Back & Improve Posture

Follow this daily routine to strengthen your back, stretch tight muscles, and improve your posture.
Consistency is key! Perform these exercises every day for best results.

1. Face Pulls (Strengthens upper back)


Use a resistance band or gym cable. Pull the band towards your face, keeping elbows high. 3 sets
of 15 reps.

2. Superman Exercise (Strengthens lower & upper back)


Lie on your stomach, lift your arms and legs off the ground, hold for 5 sec, then relax. 3 sets of 10
reps.

3. Reverse Plank (Strengthens back & core)


Sit on the floor, hands behind you, lift hips up, hold for 30 sec. 3 sets.

4. Chin Tucks (Improves head posture)


Pull your chin back to make a double chin, hold for 5 sec. 3 sets of 10 reps.

5. Doorway Chest Stretch (Opens tight chest)


Stand in a doorway, place hands on the frame, lean forward. Hold for 30 sec, 2 times.

6. Upper Back Stretch (Relieves tightness)


Clasp hands in front, push arms forward, round upper back. Hold for 30 sec, 2 times.

7. Neck Stretch (Reduces forward head posture)


Tilt your head to one side, hold for 30 sec, switch sides. Repeat twice.

Tips for Faster Improvement:

- Maintain good posture throughout the day.

- Avoid looking down at your phone for long periods.

- Adjust your work desk so your screen is at eye level.

- Sleep on a pillow that supports your neck properly.


- Be consistent! Results take time but will come.
