Scrub Nurse 1 (Primary Scrub Nurse)

Scrub Nurse 2 (Assistant Scrub Nurse)

Scrub Nurse 3 (Support Scrub Nurse)

-​ In charge of the instruments, counting 3 times (before, during, after)
