Regional Office 8. Attached is my Personal Data Sheet which shows my scholastic and working
experiences. These experiences gave me background to the submission of relevant documents and
trainings. I am also a volunteer worker for assessing the basic life support. And able to be an J.O. at
the Office of MDRRO Laoang.
