Abstract
Abstract— that research gets to development of new operation with their controlling forging
defects. Forging operation are carried out by rolling blocking finishing in regular process. In
that research adding one more operation in between blocking and finishing with effective
controlling some forging defects. In forging operation some uneven shape product gets forged
such as y – arm suspension arm etc. such type of protect some defects get formed which are
bending, twisting miss match, etc. In that research to control such type of defects get control
by addition of one more new operation in forging process. Due that operation to also
controlling defects in coning operation and also improve the die life of coning operation.
