They are usually used to give direction in a question and
there are some of them:

Examples: Who is she? Who are those people?
Where Direct the question to know about a place.

Examples: When is Christmas? When do you have English classes?
Whose Direct the question to know a possessive person.
Examples: Whose backpack is this? Whose soccer shoes are those?
Which Direct the question to a specific selection.
Examples: Which color do you prefer blue or yellow? Which number is your size, 40 or 42?
How Often Direct the question to know a frequency.
Examples: How often do you practice sports? How often does your mother go to a manicure?
What Time Direct the question to know the time.
Examples: What time is it, please? What time does the English class start?
Why Direct the question to remove a doubt.
