Subject: Request for Guest House Accommodation from 21st to 24th April

Respected Sir,

I am writing to humbly request the allotment of a room in the university guest house from the
evening of 21st April to the evening of 24th April.

I had a leg fracture on 26th November, followed by a surgery on 1st December. As I am still in
the recovery phase, my doctor has strictly advised me to avoid climbing stairs. However, my
allotted hostel room is on the second floor, which makes it difficult for me to manage in my
current condition.

Moreover, my sessional exams are scheduled on 22nd, 23rd, and 24th April, and my mother
is accompanying me during this time to assist me with mobility and daily activities. Therefore, I
kindly request you to allot me a room in the university guest house for these three days for
medical and personal support reasons.

I shall be extremely grateful for your kind consideration and help.
