TTO-MOUNTED UNWIND-REWIND SYSTEMS
Capable of accommodating film rolls of up to 400 or
600mm wide, the FLEX makes it easier than ever to
reduce preprinted flexible packaging inventory with
a custom built, TTO-mounted, high-speed unwind-re-
wind system. One or two individual printers are
mounted in brackets and can be positioned to print
variable information, graphics and barcodes at differ-
ent locations across the web of the roll, allowing you

Thermal Transfer Overprinting
OUR STORY
Founded in 2014, FlexPackPRO was established by a group of on-demand printing veterans, each with 20-30 years of
thermal transfer printing experience.
There was a powerful need for better-built, lower-cost Thermal Transfer Overprinters (TTO) for in-line packaging machine and
labeler applications. We introduced our first few printer models at Pack Expo 2014 in Chicago, and have continued investing
in product development ever since.
FlexPackPRO now boasts the world’s broadest and best-built line of TTO printers, backed by the industry’s longest standard
warranty (18 months). Represented by a highly-regarded network of established, well-trained marking and coding equipment
distributors, FlexPackPRO offers local support throughout North America.
In 2016, our Innovations Department rolled out our first stand-alone “TableTop TTO” system, for manual
on-demand variable printing. This innovation spearheaded a massive multi-year development effort to bring even more
sophisticated off-line systems to market.
Recognizing the explosive growth in the pre-formed pouch market, and the frustrations users were having meeting
ever-changing labeling requirements, we established PouchMark, an independent unit of FlexPackPRO, to introduce our
ground-breaking FLOW line of pouch and flat box feeding and printing systems. A game-changer for so many companies in
so many industries. The success of this roll-out was followed by the introduction of our premium high-capacity pouch
feeding and printing system, the EDGE.
In 2023, FlexPackPRO once again disrupted a well-established market. TIJ (thermal inkjet) technology had been “stuck in
the mud” in terms of substrate compatibility, print speed, image resolution and ink durability. Enter FLEXtij, our proprietary
thermal inkjet printer and resin-based ink technology, capable of blowing past all previous benchmarks.
