Subject: Accomplishment Report from January - December 2022

For the month of January 2022


The modular classes [Link] attended the Barangay Assembly
held at Butong Barangay Hall together with my Co-DayCare Workers , Barangay
Council headed by our Barangay [Link] inside and outside the Child
Development Center.

For the month of February 2022


It was the month of [Link] classes [Link] inside
and outside of Child Development Center.

For the month of March 2022


Modular classes [Link] my first quarter [Link]-up
drive over the sorrounding of Child Development Center.
For the month of April 2022
Modular classes [Link] the module of the DayCare [Link]
up inside and out of the Child Development Center.

For the month of May 2022


I attended the orientation seminar for Supplementary Feeding Program held at
Salawagan Covered Court together with my Co-DayCare [Link] duty continued.

For the month of June 2022


Daily duty continued.I attended the District 6 meeting held at Paitan Child
Development [Link] had also our Moving -Up Ceremony held at our own respective Child
Development [Link] my second quarter report.

For the month of July 2022


I had a general cleaning of the Child Development Center.I had prepared also the
forms that was needed for [Link] had our District 6 Meeting held at
Miaray Child Development [Link] also celebrated the Child Development Workers week at
Pilwak Salay, Misamis Oriental.

For the month of August 2022


The Supplementary Feeding Program has started last August 23 , 2022.
I was gathered a new sets of enrollees .We had our clean-up drive together with my new
parents.

For the month of September 2022


The new normal classes [Link] had our face to face classes. Morning and
afternoon session. Continued daily feeding [Link] conducted also the parents monthly
meeting and pahina in every first friday of the [Link] my third quarter report.

For the month of October 2022


The daily morning and afternoon session continued. And also the continuation of
daily feeding [Link] attended PES seminar last October 10 , 2022 held at Butong Covered
[Link] had also the accreditation last October 18 ,[Link] attended the Provincial Congress
meeting at Malaybalay City [Link] inside and out of the Child Development
[Link] parents monthly meeting and pahina conducted in every first friday of the month.

For the month of November 2022


The continuation of daily session every morning and [Link] daily feeding
program continued.I I attended the District 6 Meeting last November 18 ,2022 held at Paitan 5
Child Development [Link] meeting and pahina of parents conducted in every first
friday of the month.

For the month of December 2022


Merry Christmas everyone.
The daily session of morning and afternoon was [Link] had our children
Christmas party last December 12 ,2022 held at our own Child Development Center
[Link] attended also our over-all Christmas Party held at Pavilion Quezon,
[Link] of my last quarter [Link] monthly meeting and pahina of parents was
conducted in every first friday of the month.

This are all my activities undertaken.
