The architect design the structures, scratches and textures to be kept as closely as the
industrialization reflection to create “specialization” and “materialization”.
As a low-lying water area, a wetland is implemented as a restoration system while
designed to be low impact to the ecological environment. The wetland acts as a
rainwater collector, multi-functional suspended landscape and water body filled with
aquatic plants.
Old infrastructures are used as base for new constructions. The architect also
include the facilitating parts into the landscaping design and public activities.
