Day 1

9:00 - Arrival at Muscat Airport on a private jet.


9:30 - Grand Mosque - Women are required to cover their heads with a scarf and fully
cover their shoulders with sleeves. ** (Available Saturday to Thursday only). This mag-
nificent example of modern Islamic architecture was gifted to the nation by Sultan Qa-
boos to commemorate the 30th year of his reign and houses the world's second-
largest chandelier and second-largest carpet.
11:00 - Check-in at Al Bustan Palace 5 Deluxe Hotel.
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch at Al Bustan Palace 5 Deluxe Hotel.
13:00 - 18:00 City Tour with a Russian-speaking guide:
• Royal Opera House: The pearl of Omani musical and stage art.
• Mutrah Souq: An ideal place to experience the ordinary life of Oman. Walk
through the rows, shop for items, bargain, and have fun. Here you can find ev-
erything from spices to traditional rugs, vases, and souvenirs.
• Al Alam Palace: Residence of Sultan Qaboos. Forts on both sides surround the
palace, offering magnificent scenery. Located in the city center, it attracts many
visitors. Although entry is not permitted, visitors can walk around and take pho-
tos.
• Bait Al Zubair: The museum boasts an extensive collection of ancient weapons,
including khanjar, household equipment, and costumes (most from the owner's
private collection). Outside the museum is a full-scale Omani village and souk.
• 18:00 Dinner at Al Bustan Palace 5 Deluxe Hotel.

9:30 Transfer by four-wheel drive vehicles to Wadi Shab, about 2 hours.

13:00 Private tour of Wadi Shab with a Russian-speaking guide.
Beautiful Wadi Shab is a very famous outdoor spot for locals and tourists in Oman. At
the height of the season from November to March, the beautiful wadis are crowded
because they are surrounded by picturesque hills, palm trees, and a magnificent wa-
terfall in one of the caves in the mountains. However, to get there, you need to walk
for about 40 minutes. The hike will take you along a beautiful but rugged trail where
you will see two or three pools where you can swim. You can even dive into the pools
from the mountain cliffs or inside the cave!
If not swimming, the round trip will take about 2 hours, if swimming, then 3 hours. You
will be accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide, who will tell you about the country's
history, attractions, and traditions along the way and answer all your questions.
15:00 Picnic.
16:00 Transfer to Jumeirah Muscat Bay along the scenic coastline. On the way, you
can visit the white sandy Fins Beach and the Bimmah Sinkhole – a natural depression
in the ground where underground fresh waters meet the salty waters of the ocean,
making the water incredibly soft.
18:00 Check-in at Jumeirah Muscat Bay 5 Deluxe Hotel. Rest.
20:00 Dinner at the hotel in the Italian restaurant Brezze (paid separately on site).
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel (included).
9:00 First transfer by four-wheel drive vehicles to Alila Jebel Akhdar 5 Deluxe.
12:00 Arrival at the hotel and check-in.
12:30 Lunch at the hotel – Italian restaurant Bella Vista on Diana Point deck (additional
payment required on site).
13:30 Hiking The Village Walk in the mountains with a local mountain guide and ac-
companied by a Russian-speaking guide. Comfortably head to the Saiq Plateau, a vast
elevated plateau surrounded by rocky peaks and steep gorges. Experience the best in
the region by visiting the agricultural village of Al-Ain and the picturesque abandoned
village of Wadi Bani Habib. Admire the impressive landscapes of terraced farms and
valleys and walk through paths across wadis and farmlands with walnut trees and
pomegranate bushes. From April to May, witness the extraordinary sight of prized
Damascene roses in full bloom and meet families who continue to produce rose water
at their distilleries.
16:00 After lunch, guests can choose to continue hiking to Sujra village or return to
the hotel for relaxation.
19:00 Dinner at Alila Jabal Akhdar 5 Deluxe Hotel (additional payment required on
site). Overnight stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar 5 Deluxe Hotel.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel (included).
08:00 Departure from the hotel. Heading to Nizwa, the cultural capital of Oman.
Visiting the market, Nizwa Fort, and Castle.
10:00 – 12:00 Visiting the market, Nizwa Fort, and Castle.
Nizwa Fort, constructed during Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Yarubi's reign (1649-1679 AD),
took 12 years to build. It stands 34 meters tall with a 45-meter diameter, featuring a
flat-roofed platform with gun ports. Adjacent to it, Nizwa Castle, built in the late 9th
century AD, includes various chambers, the Imam's library, and a secret conversation
room. The local market, once a spiderweb of tiny shops, has evolved into modern ar-
cades, still selling traditional items like silver jewelry and khanjars. Nizwa also hosts a
weekly livestock fair, a gathering of traditionally dressed men with daggers and rifles.
12:00 - 13:30 Lunch in the Nizwa Fort garden in Omani style (paid on site).
13:30 Departure to the desert. On the way to the camp, you will visit a Bedouin home.
16:00 Approximate arrival time at Dessert Nights Resort Deluxe camp. Check-in.
16:30 Dune bashing and sunset meeting at the top of a dune.
20:00 Dinner (included in the accommodation price).
Overnight stay at Dessert Nights Resort Deluxe camp.
Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel (included).
08:30 Departure from the camp, heading to Wadi Bani Khalid.
9:00 – 9:30 Visit to Wadi Bani Khalid - one of the most famous wadis in the Sultanate.
A short walk leads to large emerald pools, a narrow zigzagging canyon filled with giant
white boulders, and the Muqal Cave. (Swimming is allowed only in appropriate attire).
10:30 Departure to Muscat.
13:30 – 14:30 Lunch at a Turkish steakhouse by the sea and marina.
14:30 Departure to Muscat Airport for a flight to Salalah.
16:35 Flight to Salalah.
17:30/18:00 Arrival in Salalah. Transfer to Al Baleed Salalah by Anantara 5 Deluxe Ho-
tel.
18:30/19:00 Check-in at Al Baleed Salalah by Anantara 5 Deluxe Hotel. 20:00 Dinner
at the hotel (payable on site).
Overnight at Al Baleed Salalah by Anantara 5 Deluxe Hotel.
Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel (included).
9:00 Private full-day tour of East and West Salalah.
East Salalah: visit Taqah Castle, Wadi Darbat, and the ruins of Sumhuram city (a UN-
ESCO Heritage Site, the easternmost fort-post for frankincense trade to the Mediter-
ranean, China, India, Persia).
12:00 -13:00 Lunch at Alila Hinu Bay 5 Deluxe Hotel.
Transfer to West Salalah through the central part, where guests can have lunch before
continuing the tour (lunch paid on site).
West Salalah: visit Mughsail Beach, known for its blowholes. Al-Mughsail Beach is a
must-visit in the Dhofar region. Sea water rushes under high pressure through an un-
derground channel and shoots up as a geyser. The water column can reach several
meters high in response to the force of the waves. (This tour includes walking on un-
even and sloped terrain, please wear comfortable, sturdy, or walking shoes.)
15:40 Departure to Salalah Airport for a flight to Muscat.
17:20 Flight to Muscat.
