Unless there is specific mention, initial sample should use for the test specimen, and test specimen shall
be 5EA or more for each cavity.
However, if performance is expected to be clearly satisfactory even by applying load to the same specimen
in turn, it is possible to apply multiple test items to the same specimen.
In such case, performance shall be satisfied with each item.
Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be conducted under the following conditions.
- Laboratory: 20 ± 15 ℃, 60 ± 20%
- Test chamber: 20 ± 3 ° C, 60 ± 5%
Unless otherwise specified in each test item condition, the following tolerances are permissible.
Temperature : ± 3 ℃ , Humidity : ± 5 %
Voltage, Current : ± 2 % / Force : ± 4 %
Time left: ± 10 minutes after 1 hour
4.2.5 Evaluation
Evaluation shall be represented by evaluation applicable connector. And Annual evaluation of connectors
shall be represented by evaluation of connectors of the maximum number of poles in the same series.
The wire diameter of the connector lead wire used for each test shall be the largest wire that can be crimped in
the connector design.
The length of the lead wire is set to 75 mm or more at the rear end of the connector

With the connectors assembled to the terminals, leave them in a thermostatic chamber maintained at -40 °
C for 120 hours. Divide the test sample into two groups for the following items, and measure the other test
items.
The specimens are manufactured by applying the necessary accessories in the wiring delivery condition.
(Connector cover, grommet, etc.)

A. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
B. After leaving for 2 hours at room temperature, the connector assembled with all the terminals shall
be dropped three times at a distance of 1.5m±0.1m to a steel plate of 10t or more.
Refer to <Fig 12> for how to drop the connector.
After inserting and pulling the connector assembled with the terminal repeatedly by hand 10 times, leave it
at -40 ° C for 2 hours with the connector connected, perform 200 CYCLE according to the method shown
in <Fig 13>, and leave it at room temperature for 2 hours or more .
After inserting and pulling out the connector assembled with the terminal repeatedly by hand 10 times,
leave it in the thermostat maintained at 80 ℃ for 300 hours in the condition that the connector is connected
and leave it until it returns to room temperature.

The soldering attachment of the terminal post from the connector is immersed in a 250±5℃ lead-free bath for
less than 5 seconds. The depth of immersion shall be up to 1.5 mm from the connector body. (However, it
should be applied more than 95%)
After inserting and pulling out the connector assembled with the terminal by hand 10 times, with the
connector connected, test the following items with separate parts.
- Perform the method described in <Fig 14> for 5 cycles, remove it from the chamber, and leave it at
room temperature for 2 hours or more.
After inserting and pulling the connector assembled with the terminal repeatedly by hand 10 times, keep the
connector at a distance of 150mm from the wall in a sealed container of 900 ~ 1200mm width, height, height,
and PORTLAND Cement (JIS R5210) 1.5 kg for 15 minutes and 10 seconds for 10 minutes.
After inserting and pulling out the connector assembled with the terminal 10 times by hand, leave the
connector in the ozone at 50 ° C ± 5 pphm at 40 ° C for 100 hours in a state where the connector is
connected, then remove it from the chamber and leave it at room temperature for 2 hours or more
After inserting and pulling out the connector assembled with the terminal, the connector is left in the sulfur
gas at a density of 10ppm, a humidity of 90 to 95%, and a temperature of 40 ± 3 ℃ for 24 hours, then
taken out of the chamber for 2 hours at room temperature Or more.
Repeatedly insert and pull the connector with the terminal repeatedly by hand 10 times, and then use the
connector sample in the combined state to make a momentary shorting of the connector while applying the
