Subject: Request for Sports Equipment for Zonal Badminton Tournament

Respected Madam,

This is to inform you that due to the preponement of the badminton event in the
Phase 1 Cluster Meet, our school will be hosting the Zonal Badminton
Tournament for Boys and Girls on 27th and 28th April 2025.

In order to successfully organize and conduct this tournament, we are in urgent


need of the following items:

1. Feather Shuttles (Yonex - Aerosensa 50)


o Quantity: 30 Tubes
o Cost per tube: SAR 120
o Total Cost: SAR 3600
2. Badminton Net
o Quantity: 3 Nos
o Cost per net: SAR 70
o Total Cost: SAR 210

We kindly request your approval and support in procuring the above-mentioned


equipment at the earliest to ensure timely preparation for the event.

Respected Madam,

We request the provision of essential sports equipment to enhance physical


education and sporting activities in our school.

We kindly request the following items:

 Two sets of movable football goal posts and one set of volleyball posts
for students of Classes 3 to 5, to facilitate their physical development and
encourage active participation in sports.
 One set of football goal posts for the main football field to be used by
Classes 6 to 12, for regular practice sessions and inter-class matches.

Providing these facilities will greatly contribute to the students' overall growth
and encourage them to engage more actively in sports. We hope for your
positive consideration and support in this matter.
