LCS Series Pre-determined Weight Packing Scale

Abstract：
Pre-determined weight packing scale (also called
packing scale or filling scale) is a kind of
automatic scale which divides bulk material into
smaller load with equal weight according to
pre-set program and weigh.
Main uses：
It is suitable for weighing material in the
industries such as grain, fodder, petroleum,
metallurgical, chemical, building material and
port.
Functional characteristics：
It can be divided as the following according to produce technology:
 Net weight packing scale: After the material is weighed in the weighing hopper,
then fill it into the bag, so as to improve weighing speed and accuracy;
 Gross weight packing scale: Using the bag as weighting carrier, the material
directly enters the bag for weighing, the scale has simple structure and lower
total height;
 Movable packing scale: The scale frame, conveyor, bag-sealing machine, air
compressor, dust remover and drier, etc. are installed on a movable carriage,
it can be changed operating fields freely;
 Fixed packing scale: The scale frame is located under the fixed hopper and
operates with the conveyor and bag-sealing machine, uses concentrated air
source and dust remover to conduct the packing.
