I am writing to formally express my intent to retain my earned points from the FY 2024-2025
RQA for the upcoming teacher hiring process for FY 2025-2026.

Last year, I applied for a Junior High and Senior High teaching position in Dimasalang and was
included in the RQA. In accordance with the issued guidelines, I would like to request the
retention of my previous scores for this year’s hiring process.

For your reference, I have attached the required supporting documents.
