Job Overview:

The marketing team acquires, retains, reactivates, cross- and up-sells


customers in all markets where our brands actively operate. Our team is
growing, and we are looking to hire an experienced and ROI driven PPC
Manager to run the black-hat PPC campaigns for our brands.

The primary function of the PPC Manager involves acquiring new players
through various paid marketing channels and to oversee planning,
development, and execution of these strategies to boost sales and revenue.
The PPC Manager takes care of the necessary infrastructure to run black-hat
PPC campaigns on Google, other search engines, Facebook, etc., builds
landing pages and optimizes keywords to target potential players.

Job Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute black-hat strategies together with the country


managers for each region based on the market and competitors
research.

 Run blackhat PPC campaigns on Google Ads, other search engines and
Facebook Ads for player acquisition.

 Build landing pages for casino and sports betting black-hat PPC.

 Define target groups to reach certain audiences, optimise keywords


and draft attractive and concise ad copies.

 Set up the necessary PPC infrastructure and warm-up the accounts.

 Set up the correct tracking to make sure all needed data is being
collected.

 Lead and manage external suppliers (GGL accounts, cloaker, tracking,


etc.) in the day-to-day activation and optimisation of our paid media
budget.
 Monitor accounts, funds and bids to gain better ROI.

 Analyse and monitor global and local PPC campaigns' performance,


metrics, and KPIs, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and
recommendations to key stakeholders.

 Monitor and manage the PPC budget, ensuring effective allocation and
optimization of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including in-house SEO,


product and marketing analytics to optimise the PPC acquisition
processes, and enhance overall performance.

Job Qualifications:

 Proven experience of min 3 years in user acquisition and PPC


marketing in iGaming or other unregulated industries

 Strong expertise in black-hat PPC campaigns and CRO, experience with


other acquisition channels is a plus

 Proficiency with Google Analytics and bid management tools like


Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

 Deep understanding of key metrics and performance indicators related


to user acquisition, such as CPA, conversion rates, and ROI

 Technical savvy to be collaborate with developers

 Resilience, self-motivation, and a thirst for continuous improvement.

 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Tech or similar.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to


translate complex data into actionable insights.

 Strong verbal and written skills in English and proficient in Excel.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and


adapt to evolving industry trends and changes.
