d) No smoking at all times.
e) The use of Aceylene is strictly forbidden at all times.

a) The Contractor must notify ERU Prior to the work and ensure all precautions are in place. Fire watcher will standby for the activites and
ensure hot work carried out/completed safely. HWP must be close-out by ERU after confirming that hot work completed and area is safe for
normal operation.
b) The applicant his/her service provider are fully responsible for ensuring the operation is carried out safely by competent persons and
workplace is safe for anyone that may be affected by the operation. The granting of permit by The Dubai Mall (TDM) shall not be construed as
The Dubai Mall (TDM) being responsible in any way, for any accident that may arise directly or indirectly from your work activities.
