APPENDIX D – SCOPE OF WORK

The Scope of Work for is the physical reclamation of the 120 ha Central Area A. The Scope
of Work will include the following but is not limited to:

 landscaping and contouring to create seven (7) wetland basins occupying an area of
27.5 ha;
 placement of approximately 322,200 m3 of topsoil strippings;
 soil preparation of approximately 30.44 ha of grassland with a ripping technique;
 soil preparation of approximately 58.04 ha of woodland with a ripping and furrowing
technique;
 placement of approximately 11,000 m3 of coarse woody debris; and
 construction of approximately 4.5 km of auxiliary access trails.
