Physical education is a very important subject in school, helping students improve their health and
contributing to their comprehensive development. However, reality shows that many parents and
students still consider this a secondary subject. Physical education is a quite specific subject, with
exercises and requirements that not all students have good physical condition to complete.
Therefore, teachers also need to be flexible in assessment and testing, in order to encourage and
motivate students to make efforts and overcome their own limits. The pressure to study cultural
subjects is one of the barriers that affects many students not feeling interested in PE. Many students
today study a lot, have no time to exercise, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition, which greatly affects
their physical health. For students who are good at cultural subjects, they are encouraged, invested
in, and rewarded, but with physical education, they pay less attention and do not encourage students
who have the ability and forte in this subject. With the proposed specific tasks and solutions, physical
education will certainly receive more attention from schools because this is an important content,
contributing to physical training for students, from. That enhances self-awareness and proactive
training, helping children ensure their health for learning activities and form future citizens with
comprehensive development.
