1. Introduction
Poultry farming is a profitable agribusiness venture that provides a steady income and a
sustainable source of protein. I intend to establish a small-scale poultry farm focusing on layers
and broilers to meet the growing demand for eggs and chicken meat in Lesirwa and surrounding
areas.
2. Objectives
To establish a poultry farm with an initial capacity of 50 birds.

Constructing a small poultry house (deep litter system).

Purchasing 50 one-day-old chicks (broilers and layers).
Buying high-quality feed, vaccines, and supplements.
Phase 3: Rearing and Management
Implementing biosecurity measures to prevent diseases.
Providing proper nutrition and care to ensure maximum productivity.
Phase 4: Marketing and Sales
Selling eggs, live birds, and processed chicken to consumers, hotels, and restaurants.
