Desde criança sempre fui muito curioso em descobrir como as coisas do mundo
funcionavam e não sabia ao certo o que gostaria de fazer no furuto. Mas quando fiz
8 anos as coisas mudaram, nessa idade ganhei meu primeiro vídeo game e me apeguei
muito a ele. E foi durante essa fase que descobri supostamente o que realmente
queria fazer: saber e conhecer tudo o que fazia os meus jogos favoritos e o meu
console funcionarem.
Foi então que comecei a me interessar mais por pesquisas e notícias dessa área,
mas não consegui seguir com o sonho por falta de incentivo. Então descobri outra
paixão, os esportes. E desde que comecei, não consigo viver sem. Participei de
diversas competições regionais e estaduais de atletismo e sempre saindo com
destaque delas. Na minha melhor fase, em 2019, cheguei a ser ranqueado como o
segundo melhor lançador de disco e arremessador de peso do meu estado. Porém parei
pois a pandemia havia chegado e perdi o costume de treinar. Mas quando todo esse
período maluco acabou, entrei no ensino médio, e completei, fazendo um curso
técnico que englobava muitas matérias, mas a principal era esporte, sempre me
destacando pela minha versatilidade em aprender um esporte novo.
Então durante essa minha jornada de desenvolvimento, descobri o meu objetivo como
profissional: Aprender sobre a área de programação e desenvolver algum projeto que
ajude atletas, em sua performance ou que beneficie-os de alguma forma. E o que me
anima sobre conseguir botar esse objetivo em prática são os desafios que eu irei
ter programando e o impacto que terá nas vidas das pessoas que dedicam suas vidas
ao esporte.
E para atingir esse objetivo, tenho me dedicado ao máximo nos estudos. Sempre me
mantendo atualizado e focado. Como conseguinte, acredito que recebendo a bolsa de
estudos irei não só ser beneficiado com conhecimento para atingir meus objetivos,
mas também para aplicá-los e beneficiar muito mais pessoas.

Ever since I was a child, I've always been very curious about how things in
the world worked, and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in the future. But when I
turned 8, things changed. At that age, I received my first video game and became
very attached to it. It was during this phase that I supposedly discovered what I
truly wanted to do: to know and understand everything that made my favorite games
and my console work.
It was then that I started to become more interested in research and news in
this area, but I couldn't pursue this dream due to a lack of encouragement. So, I
discovered another passion: sports. And ever since I started, I can't live without
them. I participated in several regional and state athletics competitions, always
standing out. In my best phase, in 2019, I was even ranked as the second-best
discus thrower and shot putter in my state. However, I stopped because the pandemic
had arrived, and I lost the habit of training. But when that whole crazy period
ended, I entered high school and completed it, taking a technical course that
covered many subjects, but the main one was sports, where I always stood out for my
versatility in learning a new sport.
So, during this journey of development, I discovered my professional goal: to
learn about the field of programming and develop a project that helps athletes,
either in their performance or benefits them in some way. And what excites me about
putting this goal into practice are the challenges I will face in programming and
the impact it will have on the lives of people who dedicate their lives to sports.
To achieve this goal, I have been dedicating myself fully to my studies,
always staying updated and focused. Consequently, I believe that receiving this
scholarship will not only benefit me with the knowledge to achieve my objectives
but also allow me to apply it and benefit many more people."

how the world works, and I wasn't quite sure what my future held. However, things
took a turn when I was eight years old and received my first video game, which
quickly became a significant part of my life. It was during this time that I first
thought I'd found my true calling: to understand and know everything that made my
favorite games and console function.
This sparked an interest in research and news within that field, but a lack
of encouragement prevented me from pursuing it further. Consequently, I discovered
another passion: sports. Since then, I haven't been able to imagine life without
them. I actively participated in numerous regional and state athletics
competitions, consistently achieving notable results. At my peak, in 2019, I was
ranked as the second-best discus thrower and shot putter in my state.
Unfortunately, the arrival of the pandemic disrupted my training, and I eventually
stopped. However, as the world began to recover, I entered and completed high
school, where I also took a technical course. While it covered various subjects,
sports remained central, and I consistently excelled due to my adaptability in
learning new disciplines.
Through this journey of personal growth, I've identified my professional
aspiration: to delve into the world of programming and develop a project that
supports athletes, whether by enhancing their performance or providing other
valuable benefits. The challenges inherent in programming and the potential
positive impact on the lives of those dedicated to sports are what truly motivate
me to pursue this goal.
To realize this ambition, I am fully committed to my studies, constantly
seeking new knowledge and maintaining a strong focus. Therefore, I believe that
receiving this scholarship will not only equip me with the necessary knowledge to
achieve my goals but also enable me to apply it in a way that significantly
benefits a wider community.
