I am happy to pose as a referee for this young lady who has served as Finance Officer for
three years with our Local Level Government office.

Felicity Kumun after graduating at Don Bosco Simbu Technical College in 2020 she got an
appointment with our LLG. She served as our Finance Officer for three years (2021-2023).
She left her job towards the end of November 2023 to pursue for further education training
opportunity.

For the three year service Felicity has proven to be self-discipline and trustworthy. She has
been very honest, transparent and accountable in handling of our LLG finances. Her short
term employment has brought about development of many projects in our LLG wards.
