Outsourcing is technique or process in which an organization contract with other
organization or person to do their work. In this organization hire them to complete their
work. In this third party will do work which is outside of the organization.
1. Project cost is reduced when we hire some organization or persons, we don’t have
to pay for extra facilities that are provided to the employee or things required to get work
done. We don’t have to pay bills, amenities used for work.
2. Experts from across the world. In outsource we can hire expert of each field
according to the work or service we required. Some time in our organization we don’t
have experts of the work that is required for the project so we can hire expert of that
field as a result we can get perfect and top-quality work from the experts.
3. Language problem can occur during the outsource if we hire international expert for
the project then they may face problem in understanding the work culture of the
organization or language problem can occur during communication about the project.
I will go with fixed price contract as in such type of project we don’t have to worry
about the cost once the contract is fixed. Also, this will help in maintaining the budget of
the project also we know in advance how much this will cost so maintaining budget in
this is type of contract is easy. Also, there is no scope of cost change in this type of
project, so we don’t have to worry about that.
